 Best foods that give the best regeneration!

There are many foods in different subgroups on Minecraft. The foods that I will be presenting in my blog will be the foods that I personally would recommend to anyone and everyone playing Minecraft.

Crops:

Crops are the first types of food to eat when beginning a new world in Minecraft. Crops are basic fruits and vegetables like: potato's, carrots, wheat, melon etc.. The crops I recommend are: potato's, wheat, carrots and pumpkin. The reason why is because each of these crops will grow quickly (depends). Potato's will be able to be baked and give more regeneration rather than a raw potato. Carrots give good regeneration alone but can be made into Golden Carrots (giving more regeneration than usual). Wheat is a cramp that grows quicker than any other, and super quick to make. Pumpkins allow you to make pumpkin pie (give the most regeneration from crops. 


Protein (meats):

There are many meats that are presented into Minecraft. Many of the Minecraft Protein items are: Pork chops, Steak, Mutton, Rabbit, Salmon, and Cod. I personally recommend all of these different proteins because each can give more regeneration compared to the many crops that are displayed throughout the game. Pork chops, Steak and Mutton give the most health and hunger back (and more preferred by many Minecraft gamers)!
